Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of IncDrops.com and its tools, including the Problem Miner, Ideas for Me, the Teardown, and Daily Drops (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by IncDrops ("we," "us," "our") in California, USA. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use IncDrops
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. AI-generated content is not advice
Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are offered as starting points for your own thinking only. They are not business, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they don't create any professional relationship.
- The AI can make mistakes, invent facts, or produce incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information, including figures, costs, competitor names, and market claims.
- The AI cannot see live market data. Verdicts like "Build it" or "Rethink it" are opinions, not predictions or guarantees.
- Ideas generated for you may be similar or identical to ideas generated for other users or that already exist. We do not guarantee any idea is original, available, legal in your area, or free of others' trademarks or patents.
- You are solely responsible for verifying information and for any decision you make, including spending money, quitting a job, signing contracts, or registering a business or domain. Talk to a qualified professional before making important decisions.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of whatever you paste or type into the Service ("Your Content"). You give us a limited permission to process Your Content only as needed to generate your results and run the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law.
Please don't submit sensitive information, such as passwords, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or other people's private personal details. If you paste reviews, posts, or emails written by others, remove names and contact details first.
4. Your results
As between you and us, you may use the results the Service gives you for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Because results are AI-generated and may resemble results given to others, we can't grant you exclusive rights in them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful;
- Submit content that infringes someone's rights or that contains malware;
- Scrape, crawl, or send automated or excessive requests, or try to get around rate limits or security;
- Attempt to extract our prompts, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation;
- Resell or re-host the Service, or present its output as professional advice from IncDrops.
We may limit, suspend, or block access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.
6. Our content
The IncDrops name, logo, design, text, and code are owned by us and protected by law. Except for your results as described above, you may not copy or reuse them without permission. Sharing Daily Drops with a link back to IncDrops.com is welcome.
7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
The Service links to third-party sites such as Google, Reddit, Etsy, Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Namecheap. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Some links, such as domain-search links, may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. This doesn't change the results the AI generates.
8. Free service; changes
The Service is currently free. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it, or add usage limits, at any time without notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any idea will succeed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncDrops and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless IncDrops and its owners from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at ai@incdrops.com and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information IncDrops ("we," "us") collects when you use IncDrops.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices. We're based in California, USA. The short version: we don't require an account, we don't sell your data, and we don't save what you paste into the tools.
1. Information we collect
What you type or paste. When you use a tool, the text you enter (complaints, skills, interests, ideas, budget, and similar) is sent to our server to generate your results. We don't store it in a database, and we don't link it to your identity.
Technical information. Like most websites, our server and hosting provider automatically log basic request data, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and date and time. We use this to keep the Service running, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
Emails you send us. If you email ai@incdrops.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we keep it to respond to you.
We don't ask for your name, account, password, or payment details, and we don't use advertising trackers on the Service.
2. How your input is processed by AI
To generate results, we send your input to our AI model provider, Anthropic, through its API. Anthropic processes it on our behalf to return a response and may retain it for a limited time under its own commercial terms, for example for safety and abuse monitoring. Under those terms, inputs sent through the API are not used to train its models by default. Please don't include sensitive personal information in what you submit.
3. How we use information
- To generate the results you ask for;
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms;
- To respond to your messages; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our web host and our AI provider), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you click an outside link, such as a search link or an affiliate domain link, you leave our site. That site may collect information about you, including through affiliate tracking cookies, under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
6. Retention
Tool inputs and results aren't stored by us after your request is completed. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, and are then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and keeping our API keys off the public site, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to get a copy of it;
- Delete personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it);
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use it beyond what's needed to provide the Service); and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected are identifiers (such as IP address and, if you email us, your email address), internet or network activity (such as request logs), and any personal information you choose to include in your inputs or emails. These come from you and your browser, are used for the purposes in section 3, and are disclosed only to the service providers in section 4.
To make a request, email ai@incdrops.com. We'll need to verify your request, and since we don't keep accounts or store tool inputs, we may hold little or no information that can be tied to you. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request, though we don't sell or share personal information to begin with.
Shine the Light: We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
10. Other U.S. state rights
Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out. Email us to make a request. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.
11. Visitors outside the U.S.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
